It's truly amazing to witness the diverse array of projects that we receive. From minor repairs to extensive undertakings that require intricate plans and documentation, we handle it all. Here are just a few examples to showcase this variety.
Fire Station
Remove the concrete driveway for the Pierce County Fire Department and replace it with rebar reinforcement.
Bathroom Wather damage repair and upgrade
Due to water damage all flooring, cabinet, and tub surround had to be removed. Installed new Tile. We saved the customer on a bath cabinet that was on sale and reused the countertop.
Replace patio
A tree branch fell onto the covered patio, and the tree roots caused damage to the concrete. The entire patio was removed and relocated away from the tree to make space for a deck where the roots were.
Steps with lighting
These steps transformed a challenging ascent to a massage therapist's studio above the garage into a safer, well-lit professional entrance.
Shed or laundry facility
This shed serves as a laundry facility. It is built with 6-inch walls and is fully insulated. Large or small-scale sheds are no problem; we can design plans and build within permitted or non-permitted requirements.
Basement upgrade
We built a home on a steep and challenging site. We dug over 9 feet under the house and constructed a full basement while supporting the structure. These conditions required constant safety measures and organization when scheduling other tradesmen involved in large-scale builds.
